Earning petrodollars isn't right livelyhood. Doesn't matter what we do; petrodollars create poverty, debt slavery, environmental devastation, inequality, economic scarcity, the destruction of the commons, and a ruling class of political elites dangerously dissassociated from human feeling and the dharma of compassion.
Right livelyhood means earning a currency printed by the Treasury of a Constitutional, democratically elected Republic. Earning Federal Reserve notes printed by a for-profit, privately owned Federal Reserve goes against our own best karmic interests.
We don't want to earn petrodollars to stay afloat, but we don't want to be starving martyrs either. Nor do we want to protest and oppose a deep state. We want to work for a living promoting hemp as the healer of all nations, and we want to get paid in a hemp paper currency printed by a Constitutional Republic. This is right livelyhood.
The legalization of industrial hemp is ushering in an era of economic growth and ecological healing. Industrial hemp provides us with lots of jobs, food, clothing, fuel, building material, and a government-issued currency backed by hemp products. Hemp is replacing petroleum as the economic engine of the 21st century. This coincides with the resurgence of the divine feminine.
As hemp creates food, clothing, shelter, fuel, and a wide array of building materials, providing the world with a wide variety of jobs and a valid, commodities-backed paper currency, the hempification of the global economy will usher in an era of abundance where everyone's basic needs are met. Poverty will be abandoned, and with it, war and all state sponsored violence. In such a society we will no longer be driven by the economics of the rat race and will find ourselves inheriting the opportunity to be curious, building lives and lifestyles out of creative service.
The hemp plant absorbs CO2 gasses which contribute to global warming, and the hemp plant sinks its roots deeper into soil than other cash crops making it ideal for depleted landscapes. Hemp needs no herbicides or pesticides, and actually provides needed nutrients to soil. The legalization of industrial hemp revitalizes the global economy while also healing the global ecology. Imagine that.
At present the infrastructure does not exist in the western hemisphere to create textiles and manufacturing products out of hemp raw materials. With hemp legalization now underway in the U.S., the first States to take advantage of this market opportunity by developing manufacturing infrastructure will profit enormously from hemp production. There is a vested interest in being first on the bandwagon.
Compromise requires forgiveness, tolerance, and letting go of expectations. Lets gratefully utilize Federal Reserve notes for the purposes of promoting ganjafication. Donate to the cause of creatively and artistically promoting ganjanomics - the hempification of the global economy.

modest proposal
business proposal:
Premise: Consumers indicate they are dissatisfied with online social networks and hardware sytems having been infiltrated by oppressive government regimes.
Hypothesis: Free market economic theory suggests that a privately owned, preferably nonprofit, online social network which markets itself as the leader in 'compassionate consumer' privacy protection, particularly from oppressive government regimes, will gain market share, dominate the market, and indeed reign in the oppressive government regime itself.
Method: This business will be lucrative and will, through ecological reinvestment of economic resources, reap environmental health, global peace, and collective harmony. The ecological reinvestment of economic resources will take place via the mechanism of legalizing ganja. Through ganja legalization via social network marketing/activism, this business will recruit members to such as degree as to create a political vehicle capable of influencing elections. This political influence will reshape public policy so as to make America, and thus the world, a safe place to produce and use hemp, or ganja. The aim of this social network is to return to our Constitutional and elected government the exclusive privilege of printing paper money, and to insist that it be printed on hemp paper, backed by hemp products, and invested in sustainable, hemp-driven economy.
Philosophy: The petroleum-driven economy reveals itself to be stuck in short-term survival mode, caring only about its own survival and caring nothing for the survival of the world it lives on. Like a reptile, the petroleum-driven economy is somewhat cold, calculating, and lacking in compassion. Perhaps the color red, or maybe black. In comparison, a hemp-driven economy is the real Green Evolution, green being the color of the heart, hemp being the miracle plant with 50,000 uses, and ganja being a facilitator of egoless compassion.
Investment: Build a website. Create content. Market effectively and attract an audience. Develop a social network. Grow infrastructure. Organize, adapt, and create.

Overcoming the deep state is inextricably linked to overcoming the so-called "reptilian energy" of the petroleum industry (petroleum is, after all, decayed dinosaurs) and the privately owned, for-profit Federal Reserve. The owners of the FED are the owners of the petroleum industry - they are the owners of the deep state.
The deep state is run by secret societies. All of our presidents since 1988 have come from Harvard or Yale, and most if not all come from the secret societies within them. Since 2000 every losing presidential candidate has also come from Harvard or Yale, mostly from the fraternity system within them. These secret societies dominate the ranks of America's political and business elite.
Yet the unelected deep state requires the facade of representative government in order to avoid revolution. And because the facade of representative government is so believable, it has power. Representative government believes itself to be in charge, and is furious to discover otherwise. Representative government has the power to overthrow the deep state.
We live in a hyper-masculine and egotistical culture - America is the world's bully, using violence, domination, and abusive force to push others around and intimidate. The deep state is not interested in acknowledging culpability, apologizing, letting go of control, or changing its behavior. Murder, violence, and sexual objectification are passe, while any portrayals of loving sexuality, tolerance, and unselfish kindness are viewed as threatening. The deep state which commands our government is arrogant and selfish with no thought for anything but itself. It rapes the planet and destroys millions of lives, for profit, power, and to ensure its own survival. The deep state is hyper-rational and dedicated to rational self-interest - more accurately defined as rational selfish interest. The deep state does not have feelings. The deep state has developed brilliant, egotistical schemes, but the deep state has no soul.
The movement to overthrow the deep state is inextricably linked with the resurgence of the divine feminine and the healing of mother nature. This is most potently and tangibly manifesting as the international movement to legalize ganja, and ultimately many other sacred medicinal plants. The legalization movement breaks no laws, violates no ordinances, creates no massive protests, and creates enormous tax revenues which representative government can then use to do its job. All this, and the deep state has no one to incarcerate or punish. The legalization movement beats the deep state at its own game - free market enterprise. Ganja is a gateway to industrial hemp, and a gateway to spiritual (rather than materialistic) culture.
Hemp is destined to replace petroleum, and the reptilian energy currently powering our planet is destined to go the way of the dinosaur. These sacred plants are, by their very nature, mother earth-centered, sacred, feminine, heart opening, and spiritual rather than materialistic. Ganja is spiritual medicine, and as the free market orients itself to unstoppable demand we are witnessing a market-oriented movement away from the egotistical forces of rational materialism towards a more sensitive and heart-centered, spiritual way of living. As a species we are redefining our collective social organization. We insist upon free markets, and we are dissatisfied with a heartless and materialistic capitalism.
Capitalism as a form of materialism has failed us, even as the free market thrives and flourishes. It is the free market which is allowing us to choose spiritual life over materialistic life - the free market is revealing capitalism, communism and socialism to all be materialistic, and thus unspiritual, unsacred, and unsatisfying. We demand more, and the free market is allowing us to get more, through the legal and tax revenue-creating purchases of sacramental and spiritual medicine. This free market reorientation away from materialistic ideologies towards a more holistic and balanced way of living is far more devastating to the deep state than any protest or revolution ever could be - the deep state is a deep materialism, and we are evolving into a global spiritual culture. We are relentlessly building a civilization in harmony with mother nature, a civilization with balanced masculine and feminine energies.
The legalization of Ganja does not mean that spiritual culture has arrived - this is just the first step. Ganja alone won't do the job; it is merely a starting point that bridges the gap between spirituality and materialism. The only difference between a medicine and a poison is the dosage, and a culture that overdoses on ganja will cure one disease only to cause another. Already in the West there are those who need less ganja in their lives, but on the whole our society at large needs this medicine as a healing dose of the sacred feminine to counteract our hyper-masculine, aggressive and controlling tendencies.
Because of the tax revenues, and because of market demand, representative government has everything to gain from legalization and nothing to lose. The deep state has everything to lose, but legalization actually pits the deep state against representative, constitutional government! And remember, the government doesn't need the deep state, but the deep state needs government to survive. So the legalization movement is THE effective surgical strike against the deep state. Soon markets will demand that the government's Treasury issue hemp paper currency, and that the privately owned Federal Reserve be thrown into the ocean.
The legalization of ganja, and consequently industrial hemp, makes lots and lots of money and creates lots and lots of jobs, food, clothing, fuel, etc, which satisfies our materialistic needs, while opening the door to satisfying our spiritual needs as well. But ultimately, ganja is a gateway to the real spiritual science - yoga, and meditation. We are on the path of dharma.
Quantum physics is revealing that thoughts are things, and that thoughts have an impact on physical reality. The science of meditation is the science of mastering our thoughts, to create realities of our choosing. Spiritual masters have been practicing meditation for thousands of years, and this sacred science has at last been uncovered by a critical mass of the postindustrial, materialistic West. We are creating a new society with our thoughts. Ask yourself: Why aren't we bombing Syria right now?
Because thoughts are things. Welcome to the new, quantum, spiritual reality. Think responsibly. Practice compassion; forgive your enemies. This is the path of dharma.
In the West, it has become acceptable to think that anyone who has armored cars, heavily armed guards, and enormous bank accounts has true protection, but this is false because that person still has to die, and face the consequences of their actions while alive.
Right thought, right speech, and right action - this is true protection. We are on a journey from our heads to our hearts, moving away from destructive rational selfish interest towards the irrational wisdom of the heart. The legalization of ganja ushers in - without confrontation with the deep state - an alternative lifestyle and an alternative worldview to the dying Age of Materialism. Support legalization, and experience a taste of life free from the materialistic ethos. Ganja won't solve all the world's problems, but it does tend to reveal glimpses of a new world, one where selfishness and materialistic greed doesn't reign supreme. And industrial hemp actually may solve a good many of the world's problems, incidentally.

Be sure to make friends with your congresspeople - let them know who you are, and that you're ready for materialism to be replaced with something a little more spiritual. Let them know that you support hemp legalization - not as a panacea, but as a starting point for cultural transformation and global healing.
We live in a culture that avoids the reality of death, because the reality of death reveals the paltry nature of material possessions. We don't take anything with us when we die; not our armored cars, not our armed guards, not our bank accounts, not our loved ones our our bodies. All we take with us is our karma - the actions we take during our lives. It is only when we encounter death that we see the real value and meaning of life: we are here to practice the dharma, the Sacred Way, obeying and expounding spiritual law as revealed within the temples of our hearts, and propagated by the masters who incarnated to teach us the Way.

Beings of the world unite
The world's great nonviolent revolution is taking place at a global level and its in all the news, but its not being named and its not being labeled because its SOCIALIST. We are witnessing a transnational, multinational, international BELIEF in humankind's social responsibilities towards one another and to all life rise up and overthrow systems of dominance and control which have infiltrated religion, politics, and economics - the social foundations of civilization.
Our contemporary social foundations have been infiltrated and contaminated by the profit motive - the 'what's in it for me?' mentality, which spells disease for the soul and catastrophe for the society. A profiteering society is doomed to trade its inherent humanity for something less. The value of a human being is priceless and cannot be measured, but a profiteering society measures the value of human beings and forces them to compete with one another as a means of lowering their price. Such a commodification of the sacred, if you will, reminds us that both 'number' and 'nemesis' are from the same Greek root - 'Nomos'. We have allowed our numbers to replace our human values and in so doing we have created ecological and eco'nomic' crises which threaten our very survival. The profit motive has become our nemesis.
Human beings are not meant to chase after our own fleeting desires; it brings out our worst and leaves us always wondering what our best might be. Human beings are meant to serve others; it brings out our best and fills us with a happiness that selfishness cannot hope to provide. Don't take my word for it, just ask a half-decent parent. Our economic, political, educational, and even our religious institutions have been coopted by selfish interests who consistently foil our collective efforts to end poverty and war, social and environmental inequality, and injustice. We must purge ourselves, individually and collectively, of our indoctrinated sense of money as the arbiter of wealth.
He who dies with the most toys dies. The toys go to someone else. As shameful as it is to acknowledge, generations of young people are being raised with the notion of 'dying with the most toys' as the actual purpose of human existence! We are told that accumulating material wealth and celebrating excess is worthy of emulation, and much more insidiously, we are denied opportunities to serve out of fear that we'll like it so much we'll abandon the almighty dollar to the fate of Rome! Such is the weight of this monstrous propaganda we are indoctrinated with.
Humans have a social impulse, and capitalism taken to its natural extreme violently represses this impulse. Extremist capitalism buys everything and sells it back for profit, and there is no commons, no social framework, no civic responsibilities, no social order, no dharma. Capitalism must be tempered with human values.
This tempered, ethical capitalism is socialism. It works just like capitalism, with a floor and a ceiling. The floor helps out those with basic human needs, and this floor is paid for by the ceiling. Anyone can get rich in socialism, but no one can get filthy rich until everyone has their basic needs met. This satisfies our real free-market desire - the desire to live in a society built on serving others.
Albert Einstein, arguably the world's smartest man, calls capitalism 'the predatory phase of human evolution' in his seminal paper entitled, "Why Socialism?"- viewed here: http://monthlyreview.org/2009/05/01/why-socialism. The nature of competition is such that in the end there is only one winner and a wide field of 'losers' - think of sports playoffs. Lots of contenders, but only one winner. It only makes sense that this years winners will have an edge next year - being winners, they will have more revenue from more fans. This has necessitated the salary cap in sports - otherwise, the winners will make more money, hire better, more expensive players, and never ever lose.
In other words, without a salary cap, competition ends up being very anticompetitive.
Capitalism has no salary cap. The biggest corporations make all the money, hire the best talent, bribe the government with campaign financing, and never ever lose. Main street is at a structural disadvantage to Wall street. Competition is the foundation of capitalism, but extremist, number-centered capitalism without a salary cap ends up being anticompetitive. Just look at the corporate takeover of main street and you'll see what I mean.
Think of socialism as capitalism with a salary cap. There will always remain plenty of room to be ambitious and acquire more stuff to die with - or, rather, play with before dying. But the salary cap prevents capitalism's 'winners' from subjugating the 'losers' - in this case, the weak, the old, the young, the poor, the unfit, the environment, the public commons - in short, socialism defends our social responsibilities towards one another in the face of a selfish drive to care only for ourselves.
Capitalism is built on the rational self-interest of the mind, while socialism gives precedence to the irrational wisdom of the heart. We are witnessing the pendulum swing away from the terrible extreme created by our selfish and miserable minds as it swings towards our selfless and giving hearts. Millions of people all over the world are protesting greed, corruption, and the selfish capitalist ethic, because people know that happiness comes from caring for others, and being cared for in return. Capitalism doesn't need to be thrown out - indeed, all attempts to do so have failed disastrously - but it must be tempered with social responsibilities if civilization is to endure.
The real joy of life is found in giving. What the filthy rich refuse to accept is that acquisitive greed is the source of tremendous misery, not the path out of it. Jesus says, 'it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven,' and also says, 'the kingdom of heaven is within you'! Rich people can't access the kingdom of heaven within them because they are reluctant to experience the joy of giving - the joy of sharing - the joy of caring, and being cared for.
Lets grow out of the predatory phase of human evolution. The shared human belief in our social responsibilities to one another and to all life is rapidly garnering the momentum needed to assume the shape of a political vehicle, and socialism is that vehicle.

Asylum vs. Facebook
Lets build an online social network committed to keeping the NSA out that competes with facebook for customer loyalty.
C'mon, wouldn't you dump facebook for a social network equivalent dedicated to investing its resources in keeping your content private? it would be expensive, but we could crowdfund it, couldn't we? We could at least crowdfund the beginnings...
We've all heard of public broadcasting, right? What about public multimedia broadcasting? That is, what about a nonprofit, donation-based, NSA-free, public service online social network connecting virtual communities across the globe, solving governments' intractable problems with ease and cost efficiency?
I bet a nonprofit, donation-based, NSA-free public service online social network could end poverty, for example. Certainly faster and more cheaply than government ever will. Government will only end poverty by subsidizing huge corporations to grow nutritionless food which is then distributed via petroleum to the masses of poor who are indentured to a disease-care system designed to profit from nutrition based illnesses while maintaining some kind of population control. yea government.
A nonprofit social network composed of intelligent and compassionate beings would probably just make how-to videos about gardening, for example. Lots cheaper, and more useful.
I bet a nonprofit, donation-based, NSA-free, public service online social network could end war, even. If the bees get saved, we will have social networks and social networkers to thank.
How could government end war? Government depends on war for its very existence. In the presence of peace and the absence of war, central authority breaks down and decentralizes. Our best chance of ending war comes from the private sector, not the public sector.
Of course, its possible for a for-profit, NSA contaminated, privately-owned, lucrative online social network to end poverty and war but the users of such a network are probably not going to stop there. To be consistent, such users would probably organize online to crowdsource the funds to start up competition with the very social network they first organized on, in order to make the social-network economic model less profit oriented and more service oriented.
Because people do not want to be spied on, and people do not want to be lied to, and people do not want to be manipulated, and people do not want to feel betrayed by those in power. There is a powerful economic incentive to giving the people what they want, and the people want truth, and the freedom to choose it.
And the truth is, capitalism doesn't make people happy. Communism doesn't either. Neither does socialism. Materialism fails to make us happy. In order to reveal happiness to the world, we must enter the realm of spirituality. This is the quantum revolution of the 21st century - spirituality is trumping materialism in the field of causality.
a monk in Burma wrote, "people think that lots of money, and security guards with guns,and armored cars and helicopters, is protection. but these things are not any protection at all - we still all die. True protection is wholesome thought, wholesome speech, and wholesome action."
Materialism does not follow us into the realm of death, and spirituality does. Spirituality, then, is capable of answering man's deepest questions in a manner that materialism never will.
And yet materialism is how the powerful maintain their power. Were we to blossom in our spirituality, the materially powerful would lose their empire and their servants, and while it is only then that freedom and happiness would be available, still the powerful move heaven and earth to remain so, and our job is to joyfully wake them up-

What is Zion?
Zionism is coming to the forefront of counterculture media these days, because it seems that many, if not most, of the investment banking families who own (by proxy) the private, money-printing Central Banks and Federal Reserves of the West are Zionists, and no one exactly knows what that means.
mmm. How awkward. Bear in mind that usury is forbidden by Papal Bull within Catholic Christendom, the current mentality of 'look-the-other-way' and 'if-you-cant-beat-em-join-em' notwithstanding. Likewise, usury is forbidden in Islam. In the context of neo-imperial wars of conquest it is interesting to note that the war of Terror against Islam may be interpreted as a war of Terror against banks (and the governments who protect them) who refuse to adopt the Imperial Ponzi scheme of usury. Islamic banks refuse to practice usury as a matter of conscience, with Jesus' seal of approval. This is quite embarrassing.
Zionism at its worst is simply a secular attempt at total domination of global resources through usury, the lending of money at interest. One may note that this is not religious, has nothing to do with religion, and is completely distinct from religion. Zionism at its best is the manifestation of Zion, an altogether different swarm of bees.
Now for the interesting part: Ganja was burnt as incense in the Holy of Holies where the Ark of the Covenant was kept, and is reputed to have grown over the grave of Solomon, destined to be the 'healing of all nations.' And Ras Tafari is Solomon's direct descendant. Ganja may actually lead to Zion itself. Imagine that.
The Asylum Project wants to grow ganja legally in the great state of Colorado. We don't want to sell ganja. We want to give it away to those in need, as a community service project in the spirit of Jah Rastafari.
Our intention is to grow ganja as a spiritual sacrament freely distributed to those in need. One of our aims is to build momentum for a ganja union. We promote the unionization of local growers to keep family farms from being driven out of business through corporate competition, the economies of scale, and neo-liberal capitalism. A world of service
We are all related.
Relatives, we are making a journey from our heads to our hearts. This is not an easy journey- it is the longest, most difficult journey we will ever make. We do not make this journey alone- we make this journey together, as one family. This is an opportunity to celebrate, for we are making history, and creating a new world, by willingly enduring the hardships and suffering requisite to this, our defining journey: the journey from our heads to our hearts.
We were raised with a moral philosophy which defined our purpose in life as, "He who dies with the most toys, wins." Incredibly, this blasé phrase is actually the philosophical foundation of the modern world. And it is self-apparently failing to inspire the generations coming of age. It is quite obvious to us all that he who dies with the most toys remains dead, and the toys go into someone else's possession. We are not satisfied with such an artificial, manipulated sense of purpose. Indeed, it is becoming clear that powerful financial interests have been caught feeding the world propaganda, tirelessly working to convince us that being a 'master of consumption' is the highest state a human may aspire to achieve.
Yet we know better. Rational self-interest does indeed demand that our ambition focus on being a master of consumption, but this is no argument for rational self-interest. Rather, it is an indicator that rational self-interest fails to encapsulate the deepest motives of human behavior. Humanity aspires to happiness, which comes not from rational self-interest but from the irrational wisdom of the heart. We do not want to be led with our heads, we want to be led with our hearts. Our heads have led us to a world where we are masters of consumption, and miserable. Our hearts will lead us to a world of service, where we find ourselves thriving with a sense of purpose, meaning, and solidarity. We are moving away from a world of consumption and towards a world of service. Consumption doesn't make us happy, and serving others does. The secret to happiness lies in serving others, and this knowledge is in the process of nonviolently (and thus invisibly) tearing down materialistic capitalism and its foundation of rational self-interest. We as a species are awakening to the paradoxical wisdom of helping others in order to help ourselves.
We see the effects of "rational" self-interest everywhere- it permeates our economics, our politics, our business, our relationships, our psyches, our education, and our environment. It defines our world, and relatives, our world needs redefining. Irrational selfless interest - the irrational and selfless wisdom of the heart - is not analytical and does not deduce 'whats in it for me'. That is the realm of thinking, the realm of the head. That is our starting point, not our destination.
The vast economic forces responsible for the creation of our educational paradigm do not want us to challenge the notion of "Winning by dying with the most toys." A deeply insidious propaganda campaign maintains the illusion that by accumulating more and more toys we will get somewhere, but our own inner compass knows better, and we are revolting en masse. Don't take my word for it, just look at a newspaper. This revolution is noticeable only in the manner in which people consume less and serve more - it is the world's quietest revolution. But the quietness of the revolution is drowned out by the cacophony of wails as our grand, consumption based economy with its hundreds of millions of satiated and spiritually unfulfilled 'consumers' violently spins into excess and self-destruction. The powers that be don't want us to make the journey from our heads to our hearts, because that journey will take away their power.
And we have begun our journey, relatives. The power and attractiveness of infinite consumerism wanes, even as the power and attractiveness of infinite love waxes. the philosophical motto of the new dawn lies in the knowledge that "(s)he who dies with the most service, wins."
This is the West's great encounter with karma - our materialistic, selfish focus is the cause of our collective misery. This is the West's great first encounter with dharma - a service oriented life creates happiness and fulfillment. This is the culmination of western psychology(the science of happiness), the apex of game theory(win-win scenarios), and the foundation of a newly arrived quantum, relativistic, science of spirituality. We are not mere matter. We are mind, and our material existence is merely an aftereffect. We are spiritual beings having a seemingly material experience, not the other way around. And this quiet revolution, this transformational journey from our heads to our hearts aligns our priorities and values away from materialism (which cannot satisfy us) towards the nonmaterial - the realm of spirit, the realm of consciousness, the realm of the heart.
Believing our reality to be materialistic is a means of keeping us prisoners within it. Knowing our reality to be mind-made gives us the keys to the kingdom. Be aware of your own journey, and usher in a world of service! We've got a lot to accomplish...
